Why Do Water Exercise?

Water provides a liquid weight machine that offers resistance work in functional ranges of motion for daily living, while the support of buoyancy cushions impact against joints. As adults age or experience physical changes due to an injury or pregnancy, they can modify their training programs for comfort and safety.
