Group Fitness Classes

Class descriptions below.
Aerobics AOA
Combines low intensity aerobics along with muscle conditioning and toning.
Body Fit
Incorporate weights, martial arts, kickboxing and cardio aerobics all in one class.
Boot Camp
Get your heart pumping with a variety of cardio exercises and weight training.
Cardio Combo
A combination of cardio kickboxing moves along with bodysculpting and bootcamp strengthening exercises.
Cardio Kickboxing
Learn basic kickboxing exercises along with cardiovascular drills and muscle conditioning exercises.
Cardio Kickboxing/Boot Camp
Combination of the above-mentioned classes.
Cardio Kickboxing/Sculpt
Lower bodysculpting class using weights and bodybars to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Lower Body Sculpt
Lower bodysculpting class using weights and bodybars to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Muscles in Motion (AOA)
Focus on low and nonimpact aerobics. Best for active older adults and beginners.
Pilates Mat
Strengthen core muscles that are instrumental in creating and maintaining good posture and alignment. Lengthen and Strengthen your entire body.
Pilates Ball
Same as Pilates Mat but utilizing the physio ball.
Rhythm Dance
If you like to dance, this is the class for you. Low impact movements set to a variety of upbeat music that will provide cardiovascular endurance.
Spinning
Develop your cardiovascular system in this musically driven, fun-filled journey. This class is conducted on stationary bikes and is great for all levels.
Total Abs
Come for a quick and intense 15 minute abdominal workout.
Upper Body Sculpt
Upper bodysculpting class using weights and bodybars to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Yoga
Great for muscle toning, strength building, weight loss and increased body awareness.
Zumba
Zumba is a fitness/dance class that combines the steps and music of Latin and International dance. The combination of fast and slow rhythms makes Zumba a fun and exciting interval training class. Great for all levels.

All classes free with YMCA Membership.

Non Members must purchase a Fit Pass

1 class pass: $8.00
10 class pass: $60

Fit Passes are good for all Group Fitness Classes, Pilates Mat, Spinning, and Yoga classes.
