Adult Sports Program

Adult Karate
Study the Korean Art of Soo Bahk Do. Learn self defense including blocks, kicks and punches at your own pace.

Wednesday 7pm-8pm

Women's Strength Training
Studies have proven that resistance training improves bone mineral density and body composition, promotes flexibility, strength, endurance, increases your metabolism, and limits or prevents disease.

Ages 18 & Over

Wednesday/Friday Program: 11:00am-12:00pm
Members: $110
Non Members: 130

Saturday Program: 10:45am-11:45am
Members: $65
Non-Members; $85



Racquetball Court Reservations
To reserve a racquetball court, please call 866-4425 ext. 301. If you would like to borrow a racquet and ball you must sign all equipment out at the YMCA of Norwalk's Fitness Center. All equipment must be signed back in upon return.



New Program!

Adult Coed Recreational Squash League
Squash the competition! The YMCA of Norwalk will be establishing a Recreational Coed Squash League effective January 2008. Leagues for both Beginner and Intermediate Levels will be conducted. League session dates are as follows:

Winter League: 8 weeks: January 21st-March 15th 2008
Spring League: 8 weeks: April 7th-May 31st 2008

Fees: Members: Free
Non Members $75

All fees are subject to change
